We are a family owned company that acquires, owns, and operates high quality marinas across the country.

We target marinas located in and supported by outstanding communities with membership bases of avid and passionate boaters. In addition, we find it very attractive when we can partner with marina owners who have taken care of their marinas.

Anything else we should know?

Each marina is unique, and we work very hard to learn its business.  We accomplish this by identifying ways to expand the membership base through slip expansion and renovation and investing in facility enhancements. We care about the property’s team members by providing competitive wages, excellent health care coverage, and supporting a hospitable culture.
